Take a Breath with Us
Reset & Refresh invites young couples of mixed heritage* into a welcoming Jewish space for self-discovery, rejuvenation, deepening relationships, and building community. This seven-session program uses Shabbat as a compass to explore Jewish life, deepen relationships, and make meaningful connections with other couples.
* Mixed heritage couples come in many forms, including differences in religion, denomination, spiritual practice, race, ethnicity, and background.
This program is in partnership with The Associated, Jewish Federation of Baltimore, and Jewish Federations of North America.
At least one partner identifies as Jewish; the other did not grow up in a Jewish home
In a committed relationship of 1+ years

Currently child-free or not co-parenting
Between the ages of 26–45
Curious about how culture and tradition shape your lives
Interested in meeting other couples with similar lived experiences
Open to meaningful dialogue and community connection
Committed to participating fully in the experience
Participant Fee: $180 for couple
The Reset & Refresh experience involves costs for supplies, food, and space. The participant fee is required to confirm your place in the program upon selection. However, we believe that financial constraints should not prevent anyone from participating. If the $180 participation fee poses a challenge, please let us know.
All evening sessions run from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Locations are being finalized.
Being an interfaith couple wanting to have a Jewish home, Reset & Refresh helped us explore conversations in a safe space and map out the kind of values we wanted to have in our Jewish home together. We have made some great friends and even made a bowling league with some of them!
We’re here to help! If you have any questions about the program, registration process, or eligibility, please reach out to Erica Bloom.
