Walking Group Volunteer at Helping Up Mission

Help with the “Back on my Feet” program at Helping Up Mission, which provides a walking group for clients at the Center for Women & Children. Tasks include leading a walking group and provide support to clients. Helping Up Mission is a 24/7 shelter in Baltimore City for men, women, and children experiencing addiction, homelessness, or poverty.

Commitment

Thursday mornings (7:45am-8:45am)

Restrictions

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, identify as female, and complete a background check ($19). Volunteer orientation required.  Volunteers should dress in athletic clothing that covers shoulders and knees. Maximum of 1 volunteer needed.
