Trusted Ride Chaperone at St. Agnes Hospital

Accompany patients who are 60 or older and/or with disabilities to appointments at St. Agnes Hospital. Chaperones will travel with patient (living within a 5–10-mile range of hospital) to appointments using rideshare apps like Lyft.

Commitment

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Recurring volunteers preferred.

Restrictions

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and vaccinated against influenza during flu season (September-June). Volunteers must go through background check, drug screening, TB test, and measles test. Training provided.
