Packaging Meals at Meals on Wheels (Kosher Site)

Package meals at the kosher Meals on Wheels location for individuals unable to leave their homes. Volunteers must be able to stand for the whole opportunity. Meals on Wheels enables people to live independently in their homes by providing food and other needed services.

Commitment

Packing sessions take place 9:00am-10:30am, Monday-Friday. Dates are flexible and based on availability. One-time and ongoing opportunities available.

Restrictions

Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older. Liability waiver required, but parent/guardian supervision is not. Volunteers must be able to stand for the whole opportunity. Tasks include bending, lifting, reaching, and boxing items from a fast-paced packaging line.
