Front Desk Volunteer at Local Head Start Locations

Greet and direct visitors, answer the phone, and assist staff with administrative tasks at various Baltimore City Head Start locations. Head Start provides quality comprehensive services to income eligible preschool children to enhance their readiness for school.

Commitment

Volunteers are needed for 4-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, first shift is 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., second shift is 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Restrictions

Must be at least 18 years of age. Volunteers must fill out an application, complete a background check, and TB test.
