Cat Cage Cleaning at Baltimore Humane Society

Clean, set up cat cages, and provide cats with food and water at Baltimore Humane Society.  Baltimore Humane Society provides care to thousands of animals each year and provides low-income pet owners with services such as low-cost spay and neuter, vaccines, and more.

Commitment

Flexibility based on volunteer’s availability (one-time and ongoing opportunities available).

Restrictions

Any volunteer under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Volunteers must view the cat cage cleaning video on YouTube labeled ‘BHS Cat Volunteer Training 1″ before coming in for your first cat cage cleaning shift. Volunteers must be able to stoop, bend at the waist, and stand for a long time.
