Where We’re Headed
The Network’s Strategic Plan for FY27–FY30 builds on what we have learned over the past four years and reflects our continued commitment to strengthening belonging, connection and pathways into Jewish life.
This plan will guide our work as we help more people find meaningful relationships, explore Jewish life in ways that feel authentic and connect with communities where they can thrive.
Our Strategic Priorities
Expand and deepen relationship-based engagement
We will build stronger pathways from an initial connection to sustained participation, meaningful relationships and deeper belonging.
Strengthen the Jewish communal ecosystem
We will expand partnerships, referrals and collaborative practices that help individuals navigate Jewish Baltimore and find communities where they feel welcomed and supported.
Increase strategic communications and community awareness
We will make opportunities, stories and pathways into Jewish life more visible, accessible and easier to navigate.
Looking Ahead
At its core, this work is about helping more people feel connected to one another, to Jewish life and to communities where they can participate fully and authentically.
The Network remains committed to listening deeply, learning continuously and using data and community insight to strengthen both individual experiences and communal impact over time.
We look forward to continuing this work alongside community members, organizations, leaders and supporters across Jewish Baltimore as we build a more connected, inclusive and vibrant Jewish future together.
