Take a Breath with Us
Reset & Refresh is a welcoming space for young couples of mixed heritage* to slow down, self-discover, strengthen relationships, and explore what Jewish life can look like–together. Rooted in the joy and beauty of Jewish tradition, this seven-session experience follows the rhythm of Shabbat to spark meaningful conversations, deepen your relationship and build community with other couples on a similar journey.
*Being mixed heritage includes combinations that cross religions, denominations, spiritual practices, race, ethnicity and backgrounds. Participating couples might include two people who identify as Jewish and have varied Jewish lived experiences and a couple where one member identifies with another religion or is an agnostic, along with many other variations.
Reset & Refresh is in partnership with The Associated’s Young Adult Division (YAD) and supported in part by the Meyerhoff New Jewish Family Innovation Fund, an endowment of The Associated.
Participant Fee: $180 for couple
The Reset & Refresh experience involves costs for supplies, food, and space. The participant fee is required to confirm your place in the program upon selection. However, we believe that financial constraints should not prevent anyone from participating. If the $180 participation fee poses a challenge, please let us know.
All evening sessions run from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Locations are being finalized.
Being an interfaith couple wanting to have a Jewish home, Reset & Refresh helped us explore conversations in a safe space and map out the kind of values we wanted to have in our Jewish home together. We have made some great friends and even made a bowling league with some of them!
We’re here to help! If you have any questions about the program, registration process, or eligibility, please reach out to Erica Bloom.
