Volunteers will pick up debris, fallen branches, and trash at Hebrew Friendship Cemetery in Baltimore City. Connect with fellow volunteers who share a passion for preserving our local history and heritage. Jewish Cemetery Association (JCA) provides ongoing care and maintenance for Jewish cemeteries across Baltimore. Community service hours are available for this opportunity.
Volunteer Restrictions: Any ages welcome. Volunteers must be able to stand, walk (on uneven ground), and bend over for extended periods of time. Volunteers should wear clothing they do not mind getting dirty and close-toed shoes. Any children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. There is no maximum number of participants allowed for this opportunity. Sol Levinson’s and JCA will provide all supplies for this opportunity.
