Meet Debbie Wolff, a passionate educator, mom of two, and community-builder in the Lutherville-Timonium area. Whether she’s teaching 3rd and 4th graders at Krieger Schechter Day School or staying active with her family, Debbie brings warmth, energy, and connection everywhere she goes. Now she’s channeling that same spirit into Snack & Serve—a welcoming VolunTeam focused on supporting Baltimore County Public School students and building meaningful friendships along the way.
Hi, I’m Debbie Wolff. I live in the Lutherville-Timonium area with my partner, Chris, and our two boys—Brooks (5) and Griffin (2). We’re a relaxed, laid-back family who loves to travel and spend time with friends. I’m passionate about fitness and enjoy staying active whenever I can. I’m also a 3rd and 4th grade teacher at Krieger Schechter Day School, where I love being part of a vibrant, supportive community.
My VolunTeam is all about connection and fun! We’ll come together to support others in meaningful ways—whether it’s packing lunches, assembling hygiene kits, wrapping presents, or volunteering onsite. We’ll also work on raising funds to support various causes. At this stage in life, I think it’s so important to feel connected to one another while doing something positive for the community.
I wanted to start a VolunTeam because I truly believe in the importance of helping our neighbors. As a former Connector, I loved planning events and bringing people together—and I’m excited to keep that spirit alive through meaningful volunteer opportunities. It’s also important to me to model these values for my children and show them what life is really about. For me, volunteerism and faith go hand in hand—it’s something we’re called to do, always.
This summer, we spent time in both Texas and Rehoboth Beach—two places that are very special to me. I lived in Texas for 18 years, and it truly shaped who I am today. My sister and her family still live there, and we’re very close. Rehoboth is my happy place—the beach brings back so many great childhood memories, and now I get to create new ones with my own family.
